How to order

This section describes the policies and procedure for ordering at If you would like to order individual items, please click on one of the online catalogue links in the store. Each category will display the items available. Each individual item can be ordered from that item's respective individual page. Simply click on the "Buy One Now" graphic to make your purchase or follow any one of the other options available on those pages.

Incorrect Address

The client / customer is solely responsible for providing the correct billing and shipping address to ensure proper processing of all orders and timely delivery. In the event that an incorrect shipping address is provided, the carrier (FedEx, UPS) may charge a fee to research the correct address for delivery. In such a case, the client / customer agrees to reimburse for this additional fee.

Ordering Options & Policies


You can place your order using a credit card number online. All credit card transactions will appears as charges assessed by Biaviian Enterprises on your monthly credit card statement. The shopping cart is secure and uses SSL encryption.


For money orders, we prefer US Postal Money Orders. All other money orders and checks may require 10-14 days waiting period for funds to clear. Simply mail us a list of what item(s) you want along with your payment and where you want us to ship it.

International Orders

International orders will be gladly accepted. Please note that all duties, taxes, permits or licensing necessary to receive products, etc. imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the Recipient. If shipment is made to a destination country and delivery is delayed, denied or otherwise interfered with, receipient agrees to continue to be liable for the entire cost of the items shipped and the cost of shipping fess unless relief is granted in the form of a claim by the carrier (FedEx, UPS, US Mail, etc.). Any additional fees required by customs or any other governing agency will be the responsibility of the recipient. In the event the shipment is returned for any reason, recipient will still be responsible for the cost of shipping charged at the time the order is placed and said shipping fees will not be refunded.
